ArtFest to Nurture the Soul will be an opportunity for everyone to showcase their work.

All retreat attendees are invited to bring one favorite piece for display in the Gallery. Please record on a 4 x 6 card the name of this piece and why it is special to you.

Our exceptional lineup of teachers will also bring some of their work to share and showcase plus all our "Let it all Hang Out for Breast Cancer" challenge entries will be displayed.

The Gallery will be open to the public all weekend with all proceeds raised from the door entry being directed towards The Breast Form Fund and the growth of Healing Arts workshops across the east coast.

Vendor Market

We would all be lost without our wonderful vendors who come and entice us with all their breathtaking art "eye candy".

The market will open on Saturday morning and close Sunday at 2.00pm giving us all plenty of time to browse and select some lovelies for the pieces we are working on in our workshops or to take home and enjoy.

Our teachers will be invited to have a table in the market and if you wish to take a table, please contact info@artfest4thesoul.com and mark the subject line VENDING.

Opportunity Table

As part of our endeavors to raise money for the Breast Form Fund and Mobile Artfest Clinics, we will be running an opportunity table and invite our teachers and attendees to bring something for this table.

The items will be set out with a small ticket box in front of each. People will buy tickets, pop them in the boxes associated with the items that they would like to win and on Sunday lunchtime, we will draw the winning ticket from each box.

You may have a doll, small art quilt, a mixed media piece, maybe a bundle of lovely fat quarters or a basket of trims, charms and buttons. Basically we would love anything that you would love to win yourself. We will have gift certificates to some of our favorite online suppliers plus lots of goodies that you could win to take home.

The more people that participate and bring a donation, the more opportunities to win and the more money we raise for our chosen charities.

You may leave your items at the registration desk on Thursday and we will lay them out to display.
