Workshop assignments - Workshops will be assigned in order of receipt. You can assume that you have received your first choice, unless we contact you.

Confirmation - You will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail (or mail) within two weeks of registering. Information packs will be emailed or mailed to all attendees in September.

Yahoo Group - Once registered you will receive an invitation to join our convention Yahoo Group. This will be the place to say Hi to everyone, ask questions, discuss workshops and get to know other attendees and the artists prior to attending the event.

Payment must accompany your registration form. If registering online, you will be taken to the paypal website where you will be able to pay by credit card or paypal account. If registering via mail, you may print the form off and mail it to the address below. Only personal checks or money orders can be accepted with mailed registrations. Checks must be made out to: "Visually Speaking LLC" and mailed to 12 Brookridge Avenue, Eastchester NY 10709

Registration Fee - A full time registration fee of $360.00 includes: 3 Days of workshops, Breakfast (Continental) on Fri./Sat/Sun, Lunches on Fri/Sat/Sun and Dinner on Thu/Fri/Sat, Friday and Saturday night entertainment, delegate bag, Challenge kit and entry fee to challenge. A non refundable registration fee of $80 is included.

A 2 Day registration fee of $275 includes: Two days of workshops, Breakfast (Continental) and Lunch on both days, one dinner and delegate bag. A non refundable registration fee of $80 is included.

One Day registration fee of $150 includes: a one day workshop, Breakfast (Continental), Lunch, Dinner and delegate bag. (Sunday day registration $125) A non refundable registration fee of $80 is included.

University/College registration fee $100 / day includes, one day workshop, lunch and delegate bag. (Student ID must be supplied or full price will be charged),

Kit Fee - If an instructor lists a Kit fee, the attendee must pay this fee directly to the instructor when onsite prior to the commencement of the class.

Payment may be made in two installments

Installment 1: $80 payable at time of registration and reservation of classes

Installment 2: Remaining amount is payable by August 31, 2007

No reminders will be sent, it will be up to you to remit the remainder to reach us on time. If the final installment is not received by August 31, 2007, your workshops will be dropped. Since this date is after the final cancellation date, no refund will be issued.

Early Bird - register prior to April 1, 2007 and you will go into the draw to win your registration back! (Drawn onsite on Saturday October 20, 2007)

Cancellations prior to July 31, 2007 will incur a $80 processing fee. Cancellations on or after July 31, 2007 are non-refundable. You are welcome to send someone in your place. You must notify us of the change in writing either by e-mail or mail.

Changing classes can be done but will incur a $25 processing fee. Please keep this in mind when selecting workshops. Deadline for changing classes is July 31 2007.

Returned checks will result in the cancellation of your scheduled workshops. You will need to re-register and include a $25 returned check fee with a new registration form and payment

1-800-308-4589. Please request the special "ArtFest 2007" Rate. Note this rate expires September 18, 2007.

Visually Speaking LLC reserves the right to cancel workshops that do not meet minimum student registrations. In this event, you will be notified and given the opportunity to change to a different workshop or request a refund of the monies paid for the canceled workshop.

In the event that a teacher must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, Visually Speaking LLC retains the right to replace that teacher with someone of equivalent expertise and similar art workshop.Visually Speaking LLC reserves the right to limit or restrict attendance to any person, business or representative thereof. In the case of Acts of God, war, disaster or unforeseen circumstances, Visually Speaking LLC reserves the right to reschedule this event.
